Me personally, I do a full body workout 3 days a week. I'm a brand n00b weight lifter though, so that's what I was told made the most sense.
Other than that, I run a 12 minute mile pace myself and push out at least 3 days a week consisting of 1 long run (gets higher every week, this week is 6 miles) and then 2 three mile runs. I'm trying to push that total to 5 days a week, but only because I LOVE running. It helps that I burn more calories far and away vs. any other form of cardio.

I think I'm going to try and run for 30 minutes tomorrow, although 20 about kills me.( I have only been running for about a week and a half) I will take tomorrow off from weights and then just reapeat the cycle.
