What weight do you want to be? If you go down to 1200 or even 1300 calories a day, you're going to lose weight. It doesn't matter when you take the calories in. The whole eating before bed, in the morning, snacking through the day, bullshit is just unnecessarily complicated. You just need to lower your average daily calorie intake, and you'll lose weight.
Also might focus on cutting down on refined sugars.
