Cream and sugar in the coffee, maybe six cups a day. Dinner is normally something I cook, meat, veggies, and a starch (potato/bread/pasta). I couldn't imagine I eat 1300 calories a day. I do drink a couple of bottles of water with kool aid packets poured in.
