Finally broke my fast today. ****ING OREOS!
Last class of the semester, and the previous class left us Oreos. Luckily, there were enough people that wanted them that I was able to only snag 3
Then I came home and grilled up 2 6oz chicken breasts, put them in with a bag of romaine lettuce and a bag of baby spinach with a little fat-free dressing. Brings my total for today to about . . . 800-ish, give or take a few.
That's the beauty of IF. I'm done eating for the day and I created a 1400 calorie deficit just by not eating and doing some yoga.
