I'll switch it and eat tomorrow. I'm around 2300 calories for the last 2 days, so I'm pleased with that. ****. Normally I lift on M-W-F but my schedule got screwed up this week. Maybe I'll fast tomorrow and just lift Friday as normal. Meh, it doesn't really matter. I'll do whatever I feel like in the morning and then do the other the day after.
So, twice a week is your recommendation? Or every other day like GoChiefs is doing?
