I'm on day 12 of alternate-day fasting. Definite changes in body composition so far. It's similar to the results I got from the V-Diet, only a lot easier because I'm eating normally every other day instead of once a week.
I weighed at the beginning and I'll weigh again...maybe Sunday morning, the halfway point.
