It's hard to say. There's a reason that gym machines, and even heart rate monitors, are off when it comes to calorie burning. The longer you do something, the more efficient you become at it. So, the longer you've been lifting, your body will adapt and you must constantly challenge your body in order to get maximum calorie burn. Same thing with running and how fast you run. You've got to continually run faster to burn the same amount of calories.
So, no, not really.
