I really don't want to argue about this, as I've expressed my thoughts on it a lot before. For me, it's useless. None of those workouts are close to being as challenging as what I do right now, nor would they benefit my goals at all on a day-to-day basis. Would I use them if I were on vacation or something and had no alternative? Sure. But it's hardly something to base a program around for me. If it works for you... awesome. I applaud you.

I will say that I applaud anyone who does it. The reality is that many, many guys get great results from it. Now, your workout is probably more intense, but the people who start it aren't doing any HIIT right now. And, to me, the principles are largely the same. When I can bench 300lbs, I am going to do it....if I am not completely leaned out by then.
I need to work more HIIT into my daily schedule. I lift at night and I don't like to try to do HIIT before or after my weight training. I have been trying to go in the mornings... but I am swamped with work.
