Just be careful about the BSS. A friend of mine tried them yesterday and crashed into the safety bars because he lacked the balance necessary to pull them off. Up the weight really slowly until you have a good feel for what it's like.
Especially on the first rep, lower yourself very slowly. You'll know pretty quickly if you've got the correct foot positioning that way and if you can handle the load. After that, you can do a normal tempo.
