That happens. I know this feeling and it can be quite painful. Don't worry though, you'll get through this in no time. Within a quick snap before you know it. you still have that feeling and desire in you to do it, so, thats whats most important and will overcome the barriers you're facing now. Strong will always wins. Just don't let any feelings of anxiety, or stress get in the way. I often find at times that could mend the will. I face those battles everyday of my life.

The month of discipline fell apart in the kitchen before it ever got started. I'm probably averaging 2000 calories a day this month. Im really happy that you believe in yourself. Isn't it amazing how this stuff just makes you a better person? How discipline is a requirement, and how consistency is the key to being successful in health and fitness. Just that alone is challenging, being consistent. The question is, how much of a disciplinarians are we really? This is something I know I've always had, but not enough of it. I've been trying really hard to develop into a disciplinarian over the years and been getting better at it. This is what I mean in how it makes us better people. We can develop this over time and be a lot stronger as a result.
