A couple of weeks ago, I had the same thing happen to me just half a block north of 10th & Topeka. No turn signal or anything. Just a sudden switching of lanes. Yep, stupid woman on her cell. I was on the motorcycle and had to slam on my brakes just to avoid being wiped out. I zipped up right by her in the left lane at 8th and yelled some unpleasantries. I don't even know if the stupid &*^%$ even saw me.
