Pros:
Great co-workers.
Great benefits.
Chances to work with all kinds of new technology.
We pretty much get to take whatever training we want if it will help in our jobs.
Vendors man, vendors. Gotta love free Royals tickets and free rounds of golf.
Cons:
The downtown commute from the suburbs.
Needy and demanding users.
So many separate projects, sometimes it's easy to get bogged down.
