I love this type of promotion/relegation system...not just for college football, but for all sports. I hate shared revenue and I hate the idea that teams can just leach off of other teams' successes. If you suck, GTFO the league and let someone else in that doesn't suck balls. Maybe that'll get these tightwad owners to spend a little instead of being content with mediocrity.
