Sad part is...no matter what force he would've used, he'd be wrong and getting crucified in the media and by a lot of the public.
LEO's are so handcuffed (pardon the pun) these days when it comes to doing their job...it's not even funny. I even catch myself watching what I'm doing at all times and that's in a small town...never know who's watching, where a camera is at, and what BS complaints will be laid at your feet next.
It's ridiculous.
