franklin HS asked the SPD to monitor that intersection for jaywalking b/c its so dangerous. thats why they have the pedestrian overpass and idiots still dont abide. so they do that as a favor to the school and this is what happens.
there have been like 40 tickets written for jaywalking at that intersection according to what i've heard. again, that's why there is the pedestrian overpass. f'n idiot kids."
