Crazy people and 911 kind of go together. There isn't a pay period that goes by where I don't talk to someone that's crazier than a shit house rat.
The funny/cruel thing about it all though...we still have to act like we're interested in what they have to say. "Oh we'll get right on top of that ma'am/sir."
