Easily. Especially Rodgers. He might be the best QB in the NFL right now. If his O-line is half decent this year, there's a good chance that he breaks some Green Bay records.
Rivers is probably just in the top 5.
FWIW my top 5 QB's today stand as
1. Drew Brees
2. Aaron Rodgers
3. Tom Brady
4. Peyton Manning
5. Philip Rivers
Flacco and Romo are on the bubble, but Romo is largely a product of having incredible talent around him. Flacco is going to breakout this year.
Oh and Brett Favre. Of course.
