Hopefully we just get better this year and the progression of the young players continue to grow. That goes for our young Coach. Don't want to see us get our asses kicked
Want to see us rip the heads off of our division rivals
Become a feared apponent and bring back respect to KC Chiefs and Arrowhead. Wins will start to come our way, impose our will over the other team & focus on building a championship team. Win lose or draw, individual players need to get better or get the **** out. The team needs to get better. It's a process, I know, may take another draft or two before we get major results but over all performance needs to be on the up.
I don't want to pick W L this year I want to watch growth from the team, then start seeing the Ws take effect along the way.
