Herm is a loyal guy and has to consider his position as a media member and a guy that could find his way back into coaching. He's not likely to ever be heard bad-mouthing a player on-air. And I suspect that ESPN doesnt' want him to play the heavy. Not his strength. Playing the heavy flustrates him.
