According to the guys smoking we're going to be fine,right now we have 9 slabs of ribs,3 beef briskets and 5 pork butts,they're going to take the butts and make pulled pork sandwiches.I also got 50 lbs of baked potato salad and beans etc. so unless I end up having a shitload of local guests show up without letting me know I'm thinking we'll be okay.
