I don't think it's just coincidence that this team started coming together last year after the Pittsburgh game, where from that point on, "Psycho Todd" disappeared and "Normal Todd" appeared.

I hated the Haley hire last year. Looking back it's like he had a plan. Shock and awe. His plan is working flawlessly. He got their attention ,got the fat asses in shape ,shipped out the pretenders , drafted team captains with talent and now the fun times are here. 4 wins in a row tells you something and two of those were blowouts.
