I've never had one and very rarely eat at fast food restaurants (I'm gluten intolerant). I just find it amusing that people get all up in arms that fast food restaurants use processed food, like it's a big surprise.
That McRib is on par with bologna. It's cheap. If they used "real meat", the sandwich wouldn't sell because it would be too expensive, plus it would take longer to cook, slowing the service.
