Every day Regimen
--------------------
3 eggs, sometimes scrambled, sometimes over easy
10 pieces of thick cut bacon, half crispy, half a little soft.
4 pieces of toast, 2 with cinnimon butter, 2 with apple jelly
Glass of OJ or Milk
Then sit on my balcony and watch the sun come up and pop a dip in until work.
