Jerramy Stevens is one of the worst human beings in the NFL, possibly the country.
I don't mean that he's just a dirty player (he is), but he's a legitimately shitty human being off the field. Guys like Terrell Owens are annoying but ultimately harmless, Stevens is a deplorable waste of oxygen that should probably just die.
Look at his antics at Washington (not your simply DUI stuff; more like multiple rapes...) and throughout his NFL career. He's never been held accountable for his actions despite being a truly horrible person.
The species would be better off if this guy just killed himself.
