Flowers still has a bit to go before he's the cover corner that the elite guys are. He's very good, but not quite elite in that regard just yet, IMO.
However, in run support, there's not a better corner in the league. These yappin' ass Raider fans can shove it on that front. Trying to argue that Flowers isn't a truly exceptional run support corner just exposes folks as ignorant homers.
