Oakland is just like Baltimore. On the surface they portray a clean cut city and when you visit or read about them......extensive slum town. Slums like no other in the country. Driving from the east coast one year, decided to visit downtown Baltimore and took a wrong turn. WOW Baltimore is one big slum.
