Why does Haley hate Jamaal Charles. He is by far one of the most explosive backs in the league...yet on the last goal line situation he doesn't even have him on the field for four straight plays. That is absolutely amazing to me. Not even as a decoy. How is Jamaal Charles not getting 30 touches a game between running attempts and targets? There is seriously no excuse for it, when someone is THAT good.
