Exactly. I understand cautious optimism. Even mild skepticism. But the hate that Go Chiefs and his ilk (which are few) is just as outrageous as those who are ready to vote DMC into the pro bowl.
And as far as his T-Shirt sales, GOOD FOR HIM! This is America, Jack! If there wasn't a market for it then they wouldn't be selling. I'd do the same thing in his position.
