lol, I've never wrastled so I've never heard of that move, lol. But if it's been around for ages like the article says, then no way should the kid get in any trouble. Also, if he used it as a legit move, then it's ****ing stupid to charge him over it as it was not sexual. But I dunno, I never wrestled before so I don't know if that's a legit move or not.
