Basically I guess you grab the ass for leverage and to force the other wrestler into some kind of hold or whatever, but this is wrestling not a choreographed dance, and things happen.
The wimpy kid's weener parents are accusing him of doing it on purpose which probably would be some kind of assault, but how the hell are you going to prove that?
