3/4 c. Hellmans mayo
3/4 c. sour cream
1 t. turmeric
1 t. paprika
1 t. onion powder or 1 t. dried chives
1 t. garlic powder or minced garlic, unstrained
1 t. soy sauce
1 t. worcestershire

Good as a Ruffles dip, or:

Spread on triscuits or quartered thin slices italian bread. Cover w/ shredded swiss or small slices provolone. Broil/nuke until cheese melts. Opt: Strain kipper snacks or tuna, knead with fork, and put on before the cheese
