There's those iPhone apps that give u a texting number and those numbers are numbers the people can't call back. It just works to text from the app and if they try to call it there's a recording that says "This is a (textservice app name) number...blah blah". So that could possibly show up as a landline when you do the reverse lookup...it could be that.
If not it has to be something similar (not a regular cell # but something w/ text capabilities). But I doubt it's just a regular house phone...I don't think you can text from those. I could be wrong though.
