But yeah...I dunno in that case. It sounds to me like it's actually a cell phone and that the reverse lookup is wrong.

Is it possible the person got a previously landline # ported to their cell phone when they signed up? Because I think most of the reverse lookup services just go by area code + prefix. Like mine is 480-369 and that's a Verizon prefix for the Phoenix area. But I got it ported over to AT&T when I switched providers. Is it possible a landline number was ported to a cell phone account?
