Not in this case. Clay wasn't going to see the movie, thus the theater would get no revenue. Since that particular showing was not sold out, the theater did not need to turn away a customer (revenue), so the theater got zero and gave up zero, thus its a breakeven.
Playing devil's advocate, by Clay sitting in that theater for 20 minutes, there was a chance the theater could have earned concession revenue if he got the munchies or needed a tasty beverage, thus in a better spot.
