general rule of thumb I believe in this situation:
male teacher screwing 16-17 year old girl = fired, jail, castrated, possibly justifiably killed by her father.
female teacher (who is not ugly) screwing 16-17 year old boy = unbelievable lottery win for that boy. If her husband divorces her, fine, but no jail.
lesbian teacher-student encounter = hot.
homosexual teacher-boy encounter = I don't even want to think about it.
Yes, it is a double (or quadruple?) standard, but it is what it is.
