-2 Business line of credit Visas, one with Zero Balance, one paid monthly as I use it basically like a debit card so I can get a free vacation off the points each year
-One personal line of credit Visa card NEVER USED, in a block of ice in the freezer for absolute emergencies.
-House I live in is paid for
-Mortgage (on second property rented) way ahead of the curve
-Truck lease (bought out yesterday) ***** Got my 08 F-150 for almost HALF price (sticker was 42.5K) for 26K as a 1 year off lease only 6 months old at the time btw with a 12.5 K buy out and a curant book value of 21,650.
-Land I own is PAID for
- My other 3 vehicles are PAID for.
-monthly bills are pre paid each month, a month ahead by purposed over payment.
