what the first fat cop should have done is use his weight, grab that idiotic lady, pull her ass out of the booth, throw her down, and handcuff her. He shouldn't have been playing handsy with her, and he certainly shouldn't have slapped at the gal that was simply putting her arm on him and pleading with him. His support fat assed buddy should have dealt with her. I'm not defending the girl, either of them. They are idiots and would be better to not ever reproduce. However, the cops handled this like 12 year olds
