One day he'll realize that making up stories about his sex life doesn't make him more of a man.
Then another day much later, even if he manages to have 1/10th of the sexual escapades he says he does, he'll realize that objectifying women and treating them like shit, for his sexual satisfaction, doesn't make him more of a man.
Then, another day much later, he'll realize that treating women like shit isn't a good idea, and he'll finally treat them with equality and respect, and he'll finally find one he can love without being a douchebag and she'll love him back. And he'll finally be happy. But by that time he'll be 85 and his peener will have died long ago.
