What is the situation with walking around freely and not being allowed access to places. When I first read about things it seemed like the restricted permit system was limited to vehicle access but then some stuff I saw today made me question that.
As a photographer walking around after I take care of my official business what kind of leeway will I have. Any folks familiar with the situation?
