If he could maintain his focus and give full effort each and every play, he would lock down the position for the next 10 years.

I am not a Richardson fan, but this post is a homerun evaluation of how he should be dealt with.
When he was pulled last year, it seemed to light a fire under his ass and I think if there was legit competition for his job, he would continue to play like a player with a fire under his ass.
It could backfire, but if it does he really isnt the guy we wanted all along anyways.
