The most important fundamentals of QBing are accuracy, decision making, poise, footwork and pocket presence. There are no perfect QBs but arm strength isn't the most important thing. I agree with you fundamentals are the most important thing but don't you think Moore is part of a good system? I don't see Boise fling it down the field very much.
