What if either the Rams, Vikings or even Jax finish with the worst record in football?

That would be an interesting case scenario.

All of those teams have potentially good young qb's. Do they draft Luck regardless? Or, what if you have other teams with no young quarterbacks ala Indy, KC but they don't end up with the #1 pick in the draft? Do those teams decide to make offers and trade up? It'll be interesting to see how it all pans out.

*BTW, I see the Colts drafting Luck IF they finish with the worst record in the league. I don't think there is any way they pass on him. My reasoning, 1) Manning isn't exactly healthy and who knows if he will be the same? 2) Manning is getting old, and sooner or later they are going to need a successor to replace him. Luck would be ideal for them. Simple as that.
