Haley was VERY displeased with the offensive playcalling in the playoff game, and possibly wanted to take playcalling away from him at the half, but didn't. The two of them never meshed, and when the season came to an end, Weis found an easy out, and went to coach with his son.
Bill Muir is the only OC Haley has had any part in, unless you count Haley himself. Hell, he may have just given Muir the job to give himself a scapegoat and buy himself another year, who knows. If this team gets a QB though, I'd expect to see either Haley or Zorn calling plays next year.
