I honestly every household has set of rules. Some, more strict than others(especially out in the country). When kid's living in their parent's house disobey these rules, they need to be disciplined inorder to keep them in line. This may have been a harsh beating, but the main reason for the aggressiveness and quantity of whips were because she would'nt bend over and take it, which pisses off the mother and father even more because she still wasn't obeying. I've heard a lot harsher stories like this from other relatives and friends, the thing is is that you learn and build character over events like this. Yes there are child punishment laws or whatever but a simple spanking should be kept private. I don't think i can judge rather it was right or wrong thing to do to leak this video however. Seemed like the parents went a little overboard and could've been a bit calmer about it.
