The aquatic grade antibiotic has a different delivery time/method than the type humans take. When you pop an apicillin pill, the dissolve time can take several hours where the aquatic grade would likely take less time so you may have a reaction to the amount you take due to quick delivery. This can also cause antibiotic OD/poisoning which can decrease urinary function.
Some of the aquatic AB's are exactly the same though so you need to check on that. Put the pill in a glass of hot water and vinegar, 50/50. See how long it takes to dissolve. If it's a short time, then you have your answer and need to take the AB in smaller doses.
