Though his strikeout to walk ratio is lackluster, he's also someone who has been durable, while having a very respectable ERA. In '09, the dude was a 4.3 WAR pitcher, and he's said to be amenable to a four-year deal.
At 28, Jackson is someone with upside and who won't handcuff us for future moves.
