Change for the sake of change is stupid. How long should the process take with a new regime to get back to where we are now? I think Haley is a good HC with the potential of being very good to great. Muir needs to go and minor adjustment of the coaching staff is in order, but I don't want Haley and his staff gone.

How do you know if Cassel would have even be this good without Zorn? Flacco sure looks like he misses Zorn's coaching this year.
