As long as you aint trafficking huge amounts down I-80 they are pretty cool about pot. NEB. just aint willing to waist tax payers money prosecuting nor are they willing to destroy a family over something as stupid as an ounce of pot.
I have been caught a few times with pot. one $75.00 ticket. one just took it
& one made me dump what was left in the bag on the side of the HYW.
