4-3 defensive ends usually become outside linebackers in a 3-4. The biggest problem is so few teams in fbs run a 3-4. This year the following teams ran 3-4 Georgia, Georgia Tech, Houston, Notre Dame, Stanford, Texas A&M and Texas Tech are switching their base defense to a 3-4 within the last year, and Alabama, Air Force, Army, Navy, BYU, California and SMU will continue to run 3-4. This list is from last year so it may be a bit out of date. There are some quality programs on there, so should be a good selection. Unless Powe develops we probably need at least one DE and NT in this draft. I still want that QB this year round one. This should be one of the deepest QB drafts in quite some time.
