Palko moved the ball pretty well between the 20's but couldn't punch it through. Article is right. NE made the adjustments when they found Palko has no arm. What sort of dis is it to learn that you have a weaker arm than Cassel. IMO Palko was flustered when he couldn't punch it in. That was the cause of at least the last interception which was totally forced. Palko reminds me of a shortstop on my HS baseball team that no matter how routine the play, his arm was so weak he would barely beat the runner to first.
